You can save mid-Lesson via the "Tools" tab on the "Lecturn" panel. When exiting a Lesson, you'll be prompted to save new changes.

Your lessons can be found at the following file path: C:\Users\<YourUser>\Documents\Sublime\Edify\Sessions
