Some best practice broadcasting guidelines

My broadcast is pixelated / low quality

Like any Teams or Zoom call, the quality of an edify broadcast is dicated by the quality of your connection. The broadcast works in the same way as sharing a webcam - if you have a good quality connection, you will see the lesson as clearly as if you were running the software yourself.

To ensure the best experience, take some steps to minimise disruption to the edify Lesson:

  • Stop any downloads occurring on your network.
  • Close web browsers or other software that may impact your bandwidth.
  • Ensure your PC and conference software is up-to-date.
